Biography
Tacasha Thomas is a family law attorney with a background in accounting and has over fifteen years' experience in drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders for family law attorneys and divorced individuals. She also has experience in valuing pensions and preparing passive growth analyses on the non-marital growth of defined contribution plans. Her family law experience and legal and accounting background make her uniquely qualified to handle issues involved in dividing retirement plans and QDRO drafting issues.
Ms. Thomas earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Union Commonwealth University and her Juris Doctorate from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. She prepares QDROs for family law attorneys and divorced individuals in all 50 States.
